Delivery & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you and how to return it if something isn't right.
Shipping
We ship across Lebanon within 2–4 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout; a flat fee applies below it. You'll be contacted by phone before delivery to confirm your address and arrange a time.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Personalized and custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
